Zserbo Bakery operates a 100% peanut-free kitchen. However, we do use tree nuts in many of our recipes and our products. Although we offer gluten-free products (no added gluten), we do not recommend our items to people with Celiac disease due to the risk of cross-contamination. We do use walnuts, pecans, almonds, hazelnuts, and coconut. It is recommended that individuals with these food allergies do not consume our baked goods; however, we are a PEANUT-FREE KITCHEN.
